Product Management - Is Your Time Box a Good Idea?
Every monday, the heads of each department in ou organization will produce a report that i ask them spend no more than 20 minutes on. It's challenging for most c eos to really hand off control and really trust the people you've got leading those disciplines. We shifted to an all remote work force, and it's so much more efficient just to go get on slack or have a quick zoom conversation with the person who's in the position that you need the information from. If you are having trouble pulling together the metric, our systems to produce metrics might not be good enough.
