Apollo Loewelco's History of the State Research Bureau

Apollo Loewelco survived 196 days in the pink stucco building where they tortured and executed their captives. He believes he saw more than 15,000 Ugandans clubbed and beaten to death over just five months. Idi Amin himself is said to have participated in a number of these murders. The state research bureau men were mostly former super soldiers of the British Empire doing what they'd always done just for themselves now.
