I see no reason why not. If we knew what we were doing, i seete zero reasons why not. People will say there's developmental constraints but over all it should be possible. I think the end game of this whole business is some day, some some you know, future version of us is going to be able to draw whatever living thing you want. You can draw a six legged frog with a propeller on its back. Whatever's biologically you nven possible, you should draw it. That kind of complete control, i think, i think it's possible.
