Nemotipen comes in two dosage forms: a jell cap and an oral solution. Nursing staff may not be able to get the entire dose out of the ivy rout, but there are risks if they don't administer it at bedside. A couple of times there has been a inadvertent administration of this oral solution through the ivy, which can lead to cardovacor collapse and death.
