Think about if Nick DeVries would have signed for a team next year and had that result. The reason American sports have figured out so well how to market hope is that they've realized the inactivity is more important than the activity, right? Like free agency, all of that stuff. If you could market that stuff on the track by saying this guy's got to deal next year. Or even, let's say Colton heard, I can't get the super license points to drive. And it would be so much more buzz.
