What Are the Benefits of Alternating Nose, Nasal Breathing?
I always think of like, just from sonal, experiential point of view, alternate nostril, nostril breathing is very settling for me. I didn't know about those other benefits. Can you talk a little bit more about what they mean by those benefits? The you said verbal, i can't remember exactly. Ya, an special memory. Ok ya. Se, so there are so many different types omemory, right? Verbal memory is being able to hold words in our mind. Spatial memory is knowing where we are in space,. An knowing where to move. And also, back to focus, that focused attention. So these are all really big cognitive benefits.
