The Importance of Sleep
Sleep is a skill, not just for kids but also people who struggle with it. To get to sleep you have to trick your mind into not thinking about all the things you're thinking of. For me I'd imagine my bed is like a boat and we're on this stream. You shut your eyes and suddenly your room is like the vast ocean. It's a technique, but sometimes it gets too much.
