James flynn was a liberal, even self proclaimed progressive. He discovered the now uponamous flynn where ic scores have been going up on average about three points every decade. It has to be something cultural, environmental, generationl and his explanation was we shifted from an agricultural, a farming base economy, to an industrial based economy,. Now to a digitala information based economy. And that makes a people better at abstract reasoning.
