How to Swim Better

Swimming at a two minute per 100 pace, then probably 90s for almost every single person going to be too high at that speed. So when you're swimming 120 or 110 per 100 or even potentially 130, that's where you can benefit from higher stroke risk. And for everybody, there is a sweet spot. As you said, with the stroke ramp test, and we will talk about that later, but what about Chelsea still? It was a very easy switch to flick, certainly from a physical perspective.
