Who Needs Who More?

In the United States it is individualism and it is the individual. Everything is bottom up. You elect your government from bottom up. Companies are put together by people who all want to make money together. If you want to build a highway, okay, individual property rights will matter a lot more in the United States. So question for you with US China. Who needs who more? Because China was communism. They keep communism at the power at the top where there's not really freedom of press. But economy, maybe less test capitalism.
