When Section 702 was passed in 2008, we were focused on al-Qaeda and our counterterrorism efforts. Today we face a much different threat environment that is and certainly does include terrorism challenges. So it has proven to be effective across the board on the range of threats that we face today. And going forward as we can't necessarily sit here today and predict what we're going to be thinking about five years from now when we're sitting in these chairs," he said.
