I'm Agnostic About the Recommendation, but I Think It's a Good Idea.
I'm agnostic about that in the first place. Some patients want a recommendation, some one to be more involved. So maybe some ar adaptation that needs to happen there. The thing that seems to cause the conflict is in the best interests of the child,. Particularly i and i think the the reason for that seems to be that if the doctor's recommend recommending something in the best interest of your child then you get this immediate misalligment between the parties. And we have cases where horrible things get said. so it's the interests of the baby, which is so foregrounded in the guidance, which seem to cause the most problem in the encounters.
