The Importance of Being a Director of Cricket
I was the youngest director of cricket by about 20 years. There's only six in the country when I was young. We made some really good progress. But because I never paid for New Zealand to be able to progress my game, you really have to leave. So I spoke to a Tago cricket and said, look, I'm going to take this on if the opportunity to come back and coach the volts happens then give me a call.
