Hypertrophy Training - Can Cardiovascular Training Be Separated Out?

Can I do cardiovascular training for two or three days per week, provided it is of low enough intensity and not disrupt hypertrophy progression? And can I do that cardiovascular exercise before or after the hypertrophy training. The answer to this is really what we call the crossover interference effect. It's really an energy management issue. We see much more interference with running on leg hypertrophy than we do cycling.
