Do You Think the DA's Office Is Going to Be Able to Make the Raffensberger Report Public?
Judge McBurney said that a majority of the grand jurors had voted that they wanted this report to be made public and he did indicate just as Professor Christ said that he probably does have an obligation to honor them. At the same time, he also raised the question of whether this final report qualifies as a special presentment under the law. And perhaps that is a loophole that could be argued in court. So I'll be very interested to see how the DA's office takes this.
