Donald o'keefe was a highway robber, mostly active in the 17 forties and county cork. His targets were the people the irish hated most, the english protestants. When margaret heard about the bounty on his head, she reached out to the english and struck a deal. But after exiting the house, he found himself surrounded by soldiers who all opened fire. Willie brennon might have come later than the others, but it's clear he's the most well known of them all.
