The Importance of Courage in Leadership

Do not keep repeating the same comment, guys. It's a great way to get blocked here. Once or twice is enough. Courageous people are afraid, but they take action anyway. Don't feel bad if you're afraid. We all have fear,. like Sunfinsheng says, help each other and inspire everyone would be better. That's leadership. Inspiring people to be more courageous, to be stronger, to be less afraid, that's basic leadership. Someone who tries to make others feel more fear, they're not a leader. They're an enemy. The enemy does that to you. If you're looking at a leader and they're trying to making you more afraid
