How Do You Ask for Feedback on Things Asynchronously?

How do you ask for feedback on things asynchronously? Is it using that slack video feature that you talked about? Do you have some sort of like sometimes docs place that you share things? "I personally prefer to have feedback written, because I know if I watch a video of someone giving feedback, I'm just going to have to take notes"
