The Depressing Situation of Phanon

In your opinion, Phanon is the ortey as it presently stands and Kevin Backhurst is the new director general coming into it. Is it viable? Can it be sustained or is it? Well, it's clearly full of problems that look like their terminal. They don't have an executive board, which is right. But who's gone to commission programs? Who's gone to deal with people who want to make programs? Are they going to get more money? This is an extraordinary situation, almost gooboo.
