What I Like About Teas

In English, there are a lot of things that we call tea that are not made with the tea plant. We use the word tea as like a generic synonym for an infusion. There's so many teas available now, especially loose leaf teas where you'll have little bits of dried flavor bits and they're called poo-erities. I've grown particularly fond of these poo-ers which we'll discuss in due course.
