How to Forage for Good Information

The orca process is a gauntlet between research and design to basically say, you know what? You don't have enough information yet. So other goals of this, I haven't even gotten it to my to my 10 tips yet. It's to really hone in on those questions. And honing on those questions can help you identify areas for additional research so that you don't waste your time and design based on high risk assumptions.
