Poltuses Are So Fascinating

During the Sumer period of Mesopotamia, we know that Sumerians would grind mustard seed into a paste and they would mix it with the juice of unripe grapes. This also plays into the name of mustard as we might get to later. The ancient Egyptians seems to follow suit here. They were huge mustard heads as well.
