I hope there'll be a lot more innovation in the space. It's much more legible to your point to slap your name on the side of a new building than it is to this isn't even possible to like put a little pin on somebody and say yeah I helped them help give them their start. You had mentioned the idea of investing in ideas versus people. What are some of the maybe non-consensus ideas or sectors that you're eyeing right now as a part of your investment strategy?
