So rule number two is the golden question of how much carbs you actually need to be taking in your race and then we'll also go specifically just for any injurious performance approximately above 90 minutes not above 90 minutes to two hours. The consensus among them all is very similar and the answer is consuming between 30 to 90 grams of carbs per hour in endurance races.
