Are You Leaving the Ministry Right and Left?

I think it's different in conservative environments, but I think the job is less and less appealing because of the political polarization. So what I hear from a lot of pastors in more conservative contexts or less secular or urban context is they're just over it. The cultural shame is a whole other one. And almost the phrase I almost hear all the time is this exact phrase, I didn't sign up for that.
