How I Become Passionate About Chess
I grew up in Harlem, but I'm also half Danish and would spend summers and Christmas holidays, every other Christmas in Denmark. And yeah, just having that kind of compliment led to a lot of like cultural and experiential enrichment growing up. So basically Monday through Friday, more lessons, even some weekends, I would just, you know, basically come out to see Sunny on one thirty fifth and fifth avenue sold flowers. He actually had a bunch of chess tape chess sets out with batgammon or not backgammon, some chess sets and some monkey lace sets.
