When you're in those moments, instead of panicking, you can just appreciate the moment for what it is. It's something that definitely taught me to trust a bit more. Be more willing to jump in the deep end, trust things happen. When you have the attitude, it just makes it much easier to lean into things where you're going to fail and have less panic. That then means you'll do more difficult, scary stuff and it's going to be more chances of success.
