The Role of Parents in Grade Lawyering

It was so interesting to read a lot about the parents taking things out on teachers when they're in student, like their kids weren't doing that well. I can't imagine my parents ever going to those lengths to like demand grade changes because I had done poorly on something or I hadn't turned in my homework. Michigan parents said at a conference to a high school English teacher, we promised our son we'd buy him a car if he gets all A's and B's. He can't get a car for his birthday. Like this is nuts.
