The Importance of Hierarchy in the Church

Do you believe in the Five Fold Ministry? Many Christians believe this concept to be a hierarchy of the five leadership positions that are essential for the health and growth of every Christian church in the world. However, believing that these handful of verses are to be used as the standard for every church until the end of time is not a good idea.
