Once you're over a hundred employes, even if you wanted to a you couldn't get there. So at some point it does seem like you do get forced into operating in this other way of not trying to solve everything yourself. But i would just advise you to have the mind set, i do this all the time with my clients, that the problem that they come,. they come you with isn't the real problem.
