How to Find the Right Price for Your Property

A lot of buyers have kind of dried up, so it is a bit more of a buyer's market right now in a lot of different places. So I don't think that there is quote unquote an offer that would be too low,. It's like, okay, what is the offer that my analysis says makes the most sense? And that's kind of why I put my flag on the ground, my stake in the ground, and say this is the highest number that I can go with.
