Hayden says he should have been more realistic about what working in his business was going to be like. Eventually Hayden lost all his staff and had to give in. He still does garden work part time, but it's just him and he has no plans for building his business again at the moment. His advice: Try having co-founders rather than trying to battle every responsibility on your own.
