The Ucranians Have Goaded After Russia's Information Resources
It appears to me that the ucranians have gone after russian information resources. No one has attacked russian critical intrstructure. So it's a different kind of war than may be what people have expected. Some point into russia's recent disconnection from the wider internet, and the nation's building of its own intronet. Did this end up being a major protection for the russians from outside attacks? Or is that not really what it's designed to do? And it's more useful for shaping Russian internal discourse in times of riot or trouble.
