Timothy Stanley: Do we have any evidence that your academies produce more prepared faculty educators in the future or kind of that, that type of preparation and training really early on helps in your future career? He says anecdotally you see it for those of us who have gone through and had continued to do these type of things and we built them up. Stanley: If it works for everything else in our professional, why wouldn't it work for this? And how can we tailor our teaching experiences to the adult learner?
