Will You Make My Life Easier?

An unconscious question is, will you make my life easier? Can I relax knowing that you're on it? That you're just going to handle this? The other piece of this too is oftentimes, effectiveness people are, all types can be very career oriented and goal oriented. And so there might be a lot of external goals outside of the relationship that effectiveness users want to accomplish. In the midst of that, they need to know that you will support them going after the goals in life that they want to accomplished.
