The Benefits of Yogurt and Probiotics

Gut health is such a thing right now. And whenever one of these fads comes along, it's always a lot of marketing sizzle and usually not a lot of steak. I think number one is you wouldn't find anywhere in nature that fermented foods are going to make you ill. We don't live in those times where you would have anything like probiotic on your plate. A fiber does ferment in your stomach, other foods will ferment in your gastrointestinal tract. It can help with the fermentation process of some of the foods and break them down so they're more easily digested.
