The Importance of Inflammation in News

I really do think it's a fundamental definition of what news is and how that has changed in people's perceptions. And I think also as you look at younger audiences and newer audiences, there are a lot of things that haven't been covered or probably covered well in kind of mainstream news for a very long period of time. That does present really big opportunities for new audiences and new people to see themselves and hear their stories more accurately.
