Introduction
Kiefir has anti-inflammatory properties. It's loaded with 50 plus probiotics in it and it is a powerhouse of a cultured food. Kiefir helps my blood pressure state on normal range. It gives me energy. It keeps my blood sugars regulated. A lot of the bacterias in kefir are permanent, but then there're some that aren't.
