The Dilemma of the Grandparents

The biggest element in favor of the grandparents is that it's been a nine year relationship. The tipping point will be, do you have the evidence to show all of that bad behavior? Right. If you can truly show that they have engaged in that kind of damaging, unhealthy behavior towards the children, then then I can tell you right now, I think if I had the choice, I'd want to be representing mom because I think it'll be really, really difficult.
