I think it's too easy to get bogged down in the weeds of overly segmented program. Trying to update systems like that is a nightmare because there's way too many moving parts. The more hyper-segmented you've made things, the bigger that risk is that you'll get bombarded with multiple emails. It'll just turn you off. I only have to hit unsubscribe once and you are dead to me for that. That's what I mean by stopping a substantive hyper-segregation.
