Sketa, i think that you have hit the nail on the head in your work. I really believe that to my very soul. But for most practising leaders their primary theory of motivation is some version of behavior modification,. based on a world of compensation consultants and the pulation of rewards and punishments. There's so much manipulation. And i don't know how we get to the other parts of leadership while we still believe that controlling people, plating them to get their best is a theory of humanity. It just runs contrary, i would think, to the last 80 years of research. Am am, i off on that scot youyor?
