What Is Value?

The subtitle to your book is the revolutionary new way to create shared value. Does that mean a cheap product or something? It's not at all. You know, like years ago, when companies talked about we create value, then they said that we're creating a better car. But I think today, consumers don't look at another buying just cars. They want mobility solutions or mobility. And value now means solving for something for consumers. Solving something much bigger. So actually, when I drink German beer, it doesn't really improve my German, but it improves my perception of my German and I think that's very important.
