Is There a Lack of Accountability in the Department?

There was no accountability in place. On January 1st, this administration inherited over 3,700 disciplinary cases that went unaddressed going all the way back to 2017. The staff absentee rate has dropped 69%. In real numbers, that means that on any average day, just under 700 people are out sick. So with accountability measures in place, I have adjudicated over 2,800 disciplinary cases.
