The Capability Switch

I think sometimes we let people down because we either don't equip them with the skills and training to do the job. So they fail or we just move them around in an organization hoping something will work. And by doing that, we tell them we really don't care about them as a human being anyways. In both of those situations, the end result is the switches of capability and responsibility get turned off.
