If you are not doing anything to benefit your own mental health, the likelihood is you're not broken. You're choosing and opting out of controlling the things that we actually do get to control so unless you're controlling those things I would highly encourage you to not seek pharmaceutical intervention work with the hardship first okay "Rucking" has helped me get way leaner it's helped me stay in much better shape all that shit's cool but the main thing is dude it's a really super effective outlet for stress relief anxiety relief and really just getting yourself centered because we're our own worst enemies.
