In the last 20, 25 years herean in our country, we have seen a wonderful resurgence of gospel doctrine. And i myself went through a sort of gospel renaissance about 20 years ago when preaching through romans at first presbyterian church in augusta, georgia. We need to cultivate and build the intangibles of relational beauty that the gospel itself calls for and creates. You know that it shouldn't surprise us. Wen, we're told that jesus was full of grace and truth. He embodied both, and both of them rightly understood, go together in him.
