What the Secure Needs to Do Is Demand Interoperability
As the secure, again, it becomes very important early in a US officers command as the secure that they understand that you are not an equipment merchant. We need to move towards kit that is manufactured to be absolutely interoperable with NATO and to that same degree with the EU. I'm not being pejorative here. We should all be on the same standard. The more ability we can get in these abilities, the better off we're going to be.
