The Importance of Listening

The brain waves of both the speaker and the listener began to move in exact sync. In some cases the sync was so exact that the listener's brain would anticipate changes in the speaker's brain by a fraction of a second. Listening is not talking, it's not simply being in the room and not making any sounds. It doses you with oxytocin and serotonin, the neurotransmitters that make you feel good or compassionate.
