The Bratz Doll Saga

The Bratz doll saga was one of the most curious intellectual property cases that I could remember in the last 20, 25 years. Mattel went after someone for essentially exercising their free speech rights and lost probably deservedly so. You have to allow an area of parody to criticize social commentary sort of way, popular brands. It just has to be allowed in our constitutional system.
