The Differences Between Silicon and Gaem Nitride

The crystal growth process of silicon carbide which is a process running with roughly 1000 degrees c more compared to silicon the material which is being generated has simply more defects. Gaem nitride offers very interesting opportunities due to the high mobility and the excellent conduction properties of the material. The blocking voltage typically goes up to 600 650 volts but there are also concepts which think about going to 1000 or maybe 1200 volts blocking voltage.
